My Journey

My name is Stephanie Stoneking and I established Synergy Holistic Wellness in Lincoln, Nebraska as a self-taught herbalist in 2020. I have great admiration for nature, enjoy hiking,  and am a beginner yogi. 

I personally use my products along with my daily yoga practice to assist in treating my disabilities of bipolar disorder, anxiety disorder, and an undifferentiated autoimmune disorder that effects my connective tissue. 

I have an associate’s degree and background in Laboratory Science that I utilize to ensure proper sanitation is maintained throughout the entire preparation and process. I also take much care to ensure accuracy and precision of my scientific measurements when determining the listed potencies.  My careful calculations allow me to  provide accurate dosing information and ensure a quality product every time.

My process

Each product is meticulously prepared by myself with organic herbs/botanicals and other choice grade materials. Dry plant material / menstruum ratio varies by product. I produce my liquid extracts using ONLY natural ingredients! All herbs are organically grown, ethically wild harvested, or selectively imported.

Synergy Holistic Wellness has allowed me to engage directly with clients and listen to their stories, which is a passion of mine as a Behavioral Science graduate from Bellevue University. I have designed this website to help reach a more diverse demographic and, with simplified online ordering, to be able to help even more clients with the time saved. 

As I meet each of you and hear your stories, I continue researching and growing my knowledge of herbal remedies. I am so thankful for this wonderful opportunity to be so close to nature and create innovative herbal remedies for all my clients.
